Volunteer with TXORI

Taking care of birds and maintaining aviary facilities in a good state of repair requires a lot of work and dedication - TXORI always welcomes bird-loving volunteers from any country!

If you love birds, you are a responsible and committed adult, and want to take real action to fight for endangered species, please join us on any of our 3 volunteer programs here in Mexico.

In exchange, you will learn a lot about birds and ecology, and will experience the satisfaction of having played your part in our vital work.

1. Weekend Volunteer Program

24 hour shifts, from Saturday 5:00 p.m. to Sunday 5:00 p.m.

2. Half-week Volunteer Program

72 hour shifts, from Sunday 5:00 p.m. to Wednesday 5:00 p.m.

3. Temporary Volunteer Program

Special shifts during the major reproduction and breeding seasons. Take part in research, information sharing, fund-raising, campaigning and other activities!
